Sequel Pro for MySQL is better because it's a more mature product. I've been using it for a while so there is a little familiarity bias. I have also paid for Postico (before they launched on the Mac App Store). As far as Postgres clients go, it is the best. Edit: When evaluating Postgres GUI clients, make sure they support the new JSON and JSONB data types.
