Mimic was as good of a prosecuting case as any, but this entire cabal driven race to fill in 2^32 code points (or more) has been an impending nova for some time. My suggestions: -black list emoji -kill combining characters -resolve that CNJ silliness (was that last year?) *this is of course a troll
