    For some reason, if I use the binaries to install it, it works fine as long as I remove import autopy.bitmap from __init__.py

      Yes, that removes the libpng and zlib dependencies. Those should be statically compiled in on Windows though. Unfortunately, I don't have a Vista installation to test this on, which makes it a bit difficult for me to debug.
