However, the focus on zoning laws is a bit weird - taxing "location value" properly seems more obvious.
- crdoconnor 11y agoSounds like scapegoating again. Don't look at the magician behind the financial magic curtain wielding QE and deregulating lending. Look at the busybodies in your neighborhood. It was all them.
- stvswn 11y agoYeah, because Matt Yglesias is leading the conspiracy on behalf of the big banks. I guess you're not familiar with his work.
