If there's outrage on Twitter, it's easy until more traditional media outlets catch it and take it from there. While that's not going to happen every time, it certainly can and the PR team is probably thinking yes it's going to happen.
- onewaystreet 11y agoTrue, but a lot of the time a response from a company is what causes the media to report on something. TechCrunch isn't reporting on the criticism, they are reporting on Airbnb's response to it.
