+1 for peapod - and if you switch your grocery shopping to twice a month instead of weekly, you get discounted/free shipping anyway on orders over 100$. Something wrong with item (e.g. bananas too ripe or eggs broken?) - 10 min phone call and you get a credit for entire item no questions asked. Last time i tried getting in touch with amazon it was a 2 day ordeal (though to their credit, the result was similar).
