On the Aussie Microsoft site there's a phone number you can call to reserve your Surface Book for pickup at the new flagship store about to open in Sydney. Called them today, got routed to an offshore call centre, which I have no problems with, the lady who spoke to me was VERY polite and all around great at her job, she tells me they don't yet have the number for the flagship store so can't do anything... WTF?
