So going along with the idea that misrepresentation of fact is fraud and you can be sued for it, does it mean that users who put a fake name in order to get free service in a freemium can be sued? In that case, I would expect the answer is tighten up what you do as a company to make it not worth the time. That is the same answer I have for this situation. It should be on amazon to protect their review portal from false reviews, even non-automated.
