Does anyone know what the thermal stability system, which is more precise than the PID on the graph represents?
- abernson 11y agoHi! Disclaimer, I wrote the piece for LM. That's a graph from La Marzocco's internal documents and represents the total heat stability architecture of their machines, including boiler and grouphead design, preheating, tuned PIDs, etc.
