Looks like it's an Android derivative tablet with a Spotify-like subscription model for software including their own cloud services (which seems mandatory) and a custom UI optimized both for tablet and external screen usage. Some of these things might be interesting, but I'm not sure how they'll manage to market it and who would be the target market.
