My impression from interviews is that interviewers only care about Big O Notation and number puzzles. Nothing else matters. 30 seconds to come up with the optimum solution or else they tell you you're not a good fit. Hours of whiteboard coding goes fine and they say if you don't do the little puzzle then you don't know anything about algorithms. Thanks Facebook.
