Why do you feel such an urgency to keep up with everything and scavenge for alternate implementations?
- anjc 11y agoBecause sometimes these developments are sensible and change industry "best practice". I cringe terribly thinking back on some of the code I've written using methods which were acceptable at the time, and if I didn't keep up with trends to some extent, I'd still be writing code like that.
