Do you think that the USNA admissions process and or the Academy's graduation requirements do not provide an equivalent filter?
- VLM 11y agoConversely if the upstream filters are working, then its not going to hurt anything to implement, is it? I agree its a much more useful discriminator for civilians than naval officers or professional sailors.
