- xivzgrev 11y agoThat sounds good in theory, but how do you estimate those in early stages of discussions?
- k__ 11y agoAlso, what the employer thinks you're worth is totally subjective. Some companies said I'm the best front-end dev they ever had (this might even be true) and paid me much more than the other devs and some wouldn't even consider hiring me.
