In my opinion just knowing that your activities are monitored alters your behavior. Which for me is enough to be seriously concerned...
- msutherl 11y agoI think "seriously concerned" is different from "personally bothered". Concern has to do with the situation as a whole and what you might do about it, not i.e. feelings of personal violation, no?
