  Alas, they want full-time personnel from Jan-Nov 2011. I often have 30 days at a stretch I could dedicate, but that's a bit much. (And the original poster asks about extracurricular specifically.) That said, thanks for mentioning it. A revolving door to municipal groups with some support structure could get interesting.
