- ecopoesis 11y agoUnsure where the OP lives, but I know that Vermont doesn't have billboards. I've always wondered how they got around the 1st Amendment.
- philwelch 11y agoNot all forms of expression are considered free speech under the protection of the First Amendment. Political speech is the most protected (i.e. "Vote for Bob") and commercial speech, particularly advertising, is some of the least protected.
