It's worth noting that civil forfeiture doesn't just apply to cash. It can be (and has been) used against bank accounts or pretty much any property you can own.

It's worth noting that civil forfeiture doesn't just apply to cash. It can be (and has been) used against bank accounts or pretty much any property you can own.
