That gif is really stressing me out for some reason
- zcdziura 11y agoBuilding and launching things (including warships) is a stressful process.
- toomuchtodo 11y agoYou should see what happened behind the ship. http://i1.wp.com/gcaptain.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/ku-xlarge.gif http://i1.wp.com/gcaptain.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/ku-... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qx1EDAypi7g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qx1EDAypi7g
- michaelmior 11y agoIt took me a couple viewings to decide if this was a successful launch or if something went wrong.
- pimlottc 11y agoIt is maddening trend, how a few seconds of video is often clipped out of a larger video and inserted, on infinite loop, in another document with no direct reference or explanation.
- bmogilefsky 11y agoGood point... I'll make the GIF a link back to the original YouTube video. EDIT: Which is here, by the way! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6u4WjYaX2Q https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6u4WjYaX2Q
- jkldotio 11y agoOne of the strangest things I've run across on Reddit is a group of people with a kind of thalassophobia (fear of the sea) that is focused on man-made things under or partially submerged in water. They call it submechanophobia and share pictures of such things to spook each other out on their subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/submechanophobia https://www.reddit.com/r/submechanophobia).
