I agree. Just because the price of eggs and computers aren't going up doesn't mean inflation is flat. The Fed's printing machine has massively (re)inflated almost all major assets including housing, education, and non-disposables. BTW, this is not the first time I've seen a comment mentioning this fact being downvoted. I would be more than happy to debate this with anyone who disagrees.
