- drzaiusapelord 11y agoThe recession was 6+ years ago, perfect timing for those undergrads to become grad/phd students. I think his point still stands.
- justincormack 11y agoI don't think that is true. Some are but most foreign PhD students are paying their own way or being paid externally.
