Former Fantasy Sports employee (engineer) here. My guess is if he did use tournament data from DK to populate a team on FD, he did it for himself alone. But he absolutely has access to all of the data they say he did. This is definitely a huge advantage for the big tournaments, because you need low-percentage ownership players in order to stand a chance at having a top lineup. It would help to see how the top players picked their tournament lineups on DK so you could extrapolate that into a team on FD.
