Start-up community has always been very helpful with their opinions and also pretty good beta testers. This model works and is operational. We charge $2 for any customer service call.     Seems more than suspicious when every question reads like an FAQ of yes we do this. Specially when some strange examples like calling the USCIS is brought up.
