FYI, to get to the System UI Tuner section mentioned: - if you have animations disabled in Developer Settings, re-enable them - Reboot - Pull down the quick settings toggles, long-press the gear/settings icon at top right. It should spin and then tell you UI Tuner is enabled - You can then find it in Settings, and can re-disable animations I had animations disabled and it took me forever to figure out why I couldn't get it to work.
