well, is it that Congress has 90 post-publishing date or are we counting from today?
- ckozlowski 11y agoPost-publishing. I'd guess that part of the publishing part is to ensure everyone gets it at the same time. The text might leak before then, but there will be a "formal" delivery of the finished doc, and that will be made public.
