- fredkbloggs 11y agoMaybe none? It's television, not sewerage.
- matthewmacleod 11y agoIt's Internet and phone service too. Quite reasonable to think of that as an essential service.
- estsauver 11y agoI think a lot of it has to do with the rep you're talking to. The call center workers allegedly get comp gated on % of retentions, so sometimes the agents really seem to fight the cancellation.
