I don't know what your experience with the car is but even professional drivers and car reviewers describe it as challenging and a handful. Also, it doesn't have a electronic stability-control system. Of course the driver is likely at fault in this case, but I'd wager that he wouldn't have gotten himself into trouble in most other supercars.
