Regular functions are treated as filters, so that's done so that things like ALL, LAST, etc. are clearly delineated as something different than filters.

- dj-wonk 11y agoIt is stylistic and idiomatic preference. I'd probably group those kinds of functions into a namespace. Then again, I didn't write the library. :)
