The concept I think is completely flawed. Many people are extremely productive at some point in their career but usually tend towards average. I think its highly dependent on their work, level of interest in it, team support, personal situation etc. Any of those change and that 10 just evaporates.
- hueving 11y agoThat's not really the case for any other skill. There are going to be people far on the right side of the distribution and they will be a lot better regardless of those factors.
