In all the section related to OCaml, replace "concurrency" by "parallelism". OCaml has an excellent concurrency story (through libraries like Lwt and Async) and a decent story for message-passing parallelism. The issue appears with (GC-managed) shared memory. Incidentally, the work on the GC is on its way.
