I don't think a massive cloud dataloss will be that big a deal, it will all be cached locally. Also I think data will be pretty segmented between many providers

I don't think a massive cloud dataloss will be that big a deal, it will all be cached locally. Also I think data will be pretty segmented between many providers (like steam for games, flickr for photos, etc) not like Dropbox on a whole harddrive.
