I don't understand why people are trying to soften the blow for content-providers who generate revenue through intrusive, annoying, and privacy-invading ads. Why are you defending people who clearly do not respect you? Why are you paying a tax ($15/mo for Google Contributor) to make it so that these people can continue to operate on a broken business model? Why are you so scared of the internet changing? It's nonsensical.
