  This is a really important point. Bucaran copied his code over voluntarily, into a project that already had a license. He can't just change the copyright notice to his own. He had the copyright, and hence the ability to deter from it. He chose to do so. Tough luck.

  Jorge Bucaran stole the project and destroyed it? An open source project? Shame on you! That everyone that work with you know about your actions here!
