i am fairly certain RIRs do not allow this, though i know it was common practice for major hosting providers to buy up dinky/unprofitable companies which had larger legacy allocations purely for their address space.
- joepie91_ 11y agoStill is. Along with various other IP hoarding schemes. ColoCrossing is a notorious offender in this area, and has also been draining IPs from ARIN.
