How they can guarantee a minimum IPO price? Isn't that decided by the market?
- ScottBurson 11y agoThe market decides the price, but the company decides the timing. Any IPO is postponed until it is clear the minimum price can be obtained.
- chetanahuja 11y ago"The market decides the price" Well, not quite the market... just the undertak... I mean underwriters. Which is not quite as open-markety a process as one might assume.
