I've been on/off using Meteor for the past year. I think meteor has the potential to be the stack for developing applications in the future. There are a few things that keep me off using Meteor. Non MongoDB DB support First class routing, recently the community seems to be moving away from iron router to flow router, but most of the community packages are using iron router.
