I don't really. Cheat sheet, official docs and Google do for the beginning. Then after a while programming in the same language I will just remember bits and bobs. But even in languages that I've programmed in for years, I still forget the occasional rarely used function (eg. I rarely use even half of Common Lisp) Then there are languages that I used to program - like Perl - but haven't even touched for years and years. I still claim them as a skill, but I'd need a good refresher on syntax before starting a new project.
