Ask HN: API for Cross-Channel Marketing?

Is there something like Mailchimp / Sendgrid built for developers but for more channels than just emails? e.g. Mailchimp + Twilio + Postal Mail ... etc through a single API. I'm looking for a dumb service and not those graphical platforms.
