Could this price make it to ordinary consumers? Could a consumer who was monitoring the prices consume a large quantity of power during the period to drive their on electricity bill down?
- positr0n 11y agoI live in Texas and I've never seen a plan more complex than a couple of tiers of prices depending on consumption, or different prices depending on the time of day (e.g. nights and weekends free). So no I don't think any residential customers have access to electricity priced in any quantity besides a month of usage.
