There's gotta be the beginnings of a trashy reality TV show in here somewhere. The thing I recognized from this though is that hackathon based startups can feel awkward, you have 6 people in the team, all supposedly equal splits in case you take the product forward but completely unbalanced contributions.. can go sour quite easily.
