- erikb 11y agoYeah. I think it tries to be scientifically formulated, like "we believe it to be and the data suggests it, but until now it's not sufficient data". Otherwise I can't explain it either.
- de_Selby 11y agoYeah, the headline is from the "Breaking news: Water still wet. More and 11" department.
- papapra 11y agoIt's not something new, but most of the public policies don't take it in account, which is unfortunate.
