How much of the benefit of Crystal was due to just having a positive game plan for dealing with people that bolstered the author's confidence. The comments from Crystal reminded me of horoscopes. They could be correct about lots of different people or perhaps be correct at certain times for most people. Feeling like you know how to deal with people in an interview can be a majority of the challenge.
