Users would have to share their authentication details with the negotiator, which would be a security risk but would mean the negotiator would be indistinguishable from the user.
The service providers certainly wouldn't like it but I'm not sure there's much they can do.
- ScottWhigham 17y agoTotally - and not just little details like passwords but big details like multiple security question answers and social security numbers (when negotiating bigger ticket items).
- rlpb 17y agoHow much of a security risk would it be really, given that call centre staff at your phone provider will have access to the same details?
