This is amazing software, but will it work with me? My left eye is a glass eye and it has little to no movement.

- olympus 11y agoI have a Tobii EyeX and it has the option to track a single eye. You would basically need to set it to track just your right eye, which is a piece of cake in the config (on Windows at least).
- vanderZwan 11y agoAnd if OptiKey doesn't support it yet, open an issue on github! :)
- OptiKey 11y agoOptiKey will listen to whatever it's told to! If you're using a Tobii tracker you should be able to change your configuration to track just one eye. OptiKey just cares about the coordinates that the Tobii engine spits out so it should be fine. Best of luck.

- Nexxxeh 11y agoIf you reach out to the author, I'd imagine he'll get back to you as soon as he's able. He's answered a few questions over on Reddit, and his email address is on the page linked in the HN OP. The author seems to be responsive, but the Reddit thread got /r/bestof'd so he's probably RIP Inbox'd. And he's a new dad. Might be worth a followup in a few days if he doesn't get back to you beforehand. I hope it meets your needs though! Edit: He's also in this thread!
