Many large cities all over the world have the same problems. There will be a few public restrooms, but even in cities like London and Oslo business - generally places like McDonalds, Burgerking, and the local fast food places - will have locks on their bathroom doors and you need to ask for a code or key from the cashiers.
- Symbiote 11y agoThat's not the case in London. There aren't as many public toilets as there used to be, but there are still enough (I'm sure homeless people know where they are), and it's rare for there to be a lock on the toilets in larger businesses. Railway stations in London generally change 20p. http://greatbritishpublictoiletmap.rca.ac.uk/ http://greatbritishpublictoiletmap.rca.ac.uk/
