The Lawyer Who Defended Dzhokhar Tsarnaev
- throwaway1967 11y agoIs "Dzhokhar Tsarnaev" code word for "CIA guy #2 who actually detonated the bomb from his black backpack"? If you're asking yourself "what CIA guy?" the answer is "either of the two that the police afterwards told everyone to dismiss while helping find the perpetrator". Also, how quickly are we, the public, supposed to forget that "THIS IS A DRILL, THIS IS A DRILL" was yelled 3 seconds before the explosion? And what about Boston Globe's tweet one minute before the explosion? "There will be a controlled explosion opposite the library within one minute as part of bomb squad activities." And why is Paul Craig Roberts convinced D.T. was a patsy? Many questions, not enough answers.
- mikeyouse 11y agoMany dumb questions, many obvious answers.. http://www.snopes.com/politics/conspiracy/boston.asp#globe http://www.snopes.com/politics/conspiracy/boston.asp#globe
- throwaway1967 11y agoThat page does a nice job avoiding talking about the 2 guys I'm talking about. See the 2 pictures here: http://imgur.com/a/cRA2c#0 http://imgur.com/a/cRA2c#0 Explained in 1 minute here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXLsILJOZyo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXLsILJOZyo In the face of it, lest word spreads, some agents had to be eliminated, and some silly excuse was then given to the public as for their demise: http://bit.ly/1NgIH6P http://bit.ly/1NgIH6P Obvious indeed, it's clear who did it, as you can see by the shiny metal plaque on top of the backpack.
- cholantesh 11y agoThe Illuminati sure are incompetent to leave all these clues in plain sight.
- throwaway1967 11y agoIlluminati? By that, do you imagine something like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFE0qAiofMQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFE0qAiofMQ (connect with the EU now "mandating" countries take refugees). And before you accuse me of anything, I have nothing against these people: http://nkusa.org/ http://nkusa.org/ , only against the individuals who do evil and use the race card as a defense.
- hga 11y agoConfirming one item covered by Snopes, I personally remember the controlled explosion happening well after the bombing.
- justizin 11y agoQuick aside: do you remember the Berenstain Bears being spelled "Berenstein" ? ;)
- hga 11y agoNo, because I remember being put back one class in 6th grade spelling, and the punishment I received for simply being really lousy at spelling for some reason (perhaps because my memory is very strongly tied to systems of whatever sorts, and variant spellings don't really follow a system). I'm still, 40+ years later, improving my spelling.
- Nadya 11y agoThey were referencing this: http://mandelaeffect.com/ http://mandelaeffect.com/ >The Mandela Effect is about people’s alternate memories. We recall events and history that seem not to have happened in this reality. Different from 'not remembering correctly' in that large amounts of people share the same "wrong memory". Such as where New Zealand is located, when Mandela died, the spelling of Berenstein Bears.
- NickHaflinger 11y agoWhat really puzzles me is why in the aftermath of the bombing, the Tsarnaev brothers drove round Boston for three whole days in a car registered to their home address and only got caught after being recognized by a police officer and fellow gym member, less than a mile from the outrage. We could ask Dzhokhar Tsarnaev except, he was shot in the throat/caused a self inflicted knife wound and spent most of the trial in a drug induced haze.
- hga 11y agoI'm willing to go with "young and stupid". And you've come up with an excuse for license plate scanners; for all we know, one that since then has been used to procure such systems.
- throwaway1967 11y agoStupid to drive around after detonating a bomb but smart enough to prepare and detonate a bomb? Step back a little. Pretend you don't know what the government told you about DT. Wouldn't DT's behavior, driving around for 3 days, as if he had done nothing wrong, be more in line with someone who, oh I don't know, has done nothing wrong? How stupid, honestly, do you think anyone would have to be to think that they could detonate a bomb and be safely driving around the same location, not thinking they'll get caught? Keeping in this thinking before you "knew" what the government told you, wouldn't the behavior of a government, who is seeking a patsy, precisely be to shoot that patsy in the throat, drug him, and make sure to send him the message that he is not to tread outside the narrative that is being given to them? And to top it off, please explain the metal plaque on top of the backpack: http://imgur.com/a/cRA2c#0 http://imgur.com/a/cRA2c#0 If you're prepared to judge the pictures for yourself: http://bit.ly/1NZSYWA http://bit.ly/1NZSYWA
- hga 11y agoAmplifying on the "stupid": It's stupid to screw around with improvised explosives, absent a really compelling need. Lots of subtle dangers, like static electricity, lots of people kill themselves trying it. It's stupid to plant them in a venue with a zillion cameras in operation. It's stupid to kill a police officer and not have the wherewithal to take his gun because of its retention holster, without even using a knife to remove it from his belt, or, hey, just undo the belt, to try harder later. It's stupid to release the guy who's car you hijacked for a while. It's stupid to attack a part of the country that's notoriously mostly on your side (in the National Lampoon's General Alexander Haig Jr. Republican Map of the World the Boston area was one of three that shared the color of the Warsaw Pact). Not to mention enrage them enough so that the jury votes for the death penalty. Etc. The were not the smartest jihadists in the drawer. Of course, plenty of the above depends on believing the Official Story, but it does paint a consistent picture. I'd add that I'm hardly resistant to government conspiracies, they just have to make sense. E.g. the immolation of the religious dissidents in Waco sure looks like it was pre-planned by a very small number of members of the FBI's Hostage "Rescue" Team. Means, motive, opportunity, all in alignment, and it could be done by a small enough group that they could keep the secret to their graves. What is the claimed alternative Boston Marathon Bombing motive here? How was it even vaguely commensurate with the consequences if discovered? What does Occam's Razor suggest? Etc.
- jessaustin 11y agoNancy Gertner's views discussed in TFA are interesting. When the prosecution can suppress evidence of remorse on such specious "national security" grounds, what can't they suppress? Do we really need federal prosecutors to have such massive advantages? Again we see the folly of Guantánamo poisoning everything. Oh, and here's Carmen Ortiz again!
