As others have said, objectively speaking you're in the top 0.25% or so of the world's population by income; the global median income is only around $1,300 a year. So objectively speaking you're doing well.
Relatively speaking, though, you seem to feel you're not. In terms of dating, it's a matter of supply and demand. So women can be more selective. You can change this by improving your own desirability, as others in this thread have suggested, or by moving to a place with a less lopsided gender ratio. Neither is trivial but it sounds like it's worth doing given how unhappy you say you are.
