  No. But there seems to be some similarities. Smalltalk was implemented on the 432, and this feels heavily influenced, but I don't think there was an implementation in 1981. Edit: added information.

  From the document: OPL shares many features with the educational programming language, Xerox Smalltalk 72, which was in turn based on the earlier languages Logo, Simula 67, and to a certain extent Lisp.
