- warfangle 11y agoHeh. While OP was talking about salary setting as cartel behavior, what also comes to my mind is the video game industry. Devs/artists are so fucking exploited there. There's a reason production crew on multi-million-dollar hit-driven products are usually unionized (see also: film).
