Most of the "foreigners" seem to Jersey, British Virgin Isles, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Isle of Man. Are they just tax dodges from UK citizens?

But regardless of nationality, there's a logic in domiciling your holding company for British assets in a tax haven familiar with the intricacies of British property law. And Crown Dependencies make up a surprisingly large percentage of reliable tax havens...
